Our Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower with Protein Ranch Dip is a gluten and dairy free snack that comes together so quickly! This protein combo is one you will definitely add on repeat.
It’s packed full of flavor and super nutritious! Full of protein, fiber while staying gluten & dairy free (though it doesn’t taste like it!)

Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower with Protein Ranch Dip (GF/DF)
Ingredients
1/2 head of cauliflower
1/4-1/2 cup buffalo sauce. Can also sub bbq sauce for less heat
1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (I used lactose free)
fresh or dried herbs: dill, mint, parsley etc. finely diced
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop cauliflower in to bite sized pieces
- Toss with buffalo and/or bbq sauce until evenly coated (pro tip: shake in a Tupperware with lid on!)
- Air fry at 390 for about 12 minutes (shake the basket a few times during cooking)
- While air frying – make the ranch!
- Combine the cottage cheese or greek yogurt, herbs, lemon salt & pepper in to a blender. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend until creamy!
- Dip & enjoy!! Make a double batch because it’s that good!
